At Gentleman Peptides, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products, this Refund Policy outlines when refunds or replacements may be issued.
1. All Sales Are Final
Because our products are classified as research chemicals, all sales are final.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for safety, contamination, and integrity reasons.
2. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request:
- Photos of the packaging and product
- Order number and proof of purchase
If approved, we will issue:
- A replacement (preferred), or
- Store credit
Refunds to original payment method are handled case-by-case.
3. Lost Packages
If UPS loses a package, we will help initiate a claim. Once the claim is resolved, we may offer a replacement or store credit.
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Packages stolen after delivery
4. Order Cancellation
All of our orders are non-cancellable & non refundable. Once the order is placed you can’t cancel that.
